Wendy Nastke, is creative, amazing balloon artist located in the Capital Region, Albany, NY. She's been in the business for over 25 years with the mission of creating unique gifts, and balloon sculptures for any type of events or occasions. Have participated in various balloon expositions. The biggest reward in her art is to bring happiness into people's lives as she put a smile on their faces with her creations.
